Cancellation Policy & Terms
Terms for Private Charter
- •Up to 15 days before the event – 25% of the agreed price
- •8-14 days before the event – 50% of the agreed price
- •1-7 days before the event – 100% of the agreed price
- •For boarding/disembarking at a location other than the regular dock (the pier at Slottsträdgårdens kafé), an additional fee of 500 SEK is required.
Terms for Regular Tours
- •By clicking 'Confirm' in the final booking step, you approve the raft tour booking and pay the ticket price. Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send a booking confirmation via email.
- •Cancellation is possible up to seven days before the tour, after which the full amount is charged. An additional reebooking guarantee can be purchased to have the right to reebok your tickets to another date up to 3 days before your tour.
